Today we will focus on the energy center located at the heart.&nbsp; It is associated with love, expansion, openness, integration, and radiance.&nbsp; When we are balanced in this area we feel both grounded and free, we are self-accepting, trusting, compassionate, forgiving, hopeful, and emotionally empowered.&nbsp; We are also able to reach out to touch others as well as be touched bot others people and experiences.&nbsp; When our heart center is overactive we may be too airy, lonely, isolated, afraid of being hurt, or desperate for love and attention.&nbsp; When our heart center is underactive we may be joyless, judgmental, possessive, selfish, self-conscious, anti-social, fear intimacy, and unfulfilled.<br />&nbsp;<br />Today I invite you to reflect on how balanced you feel in matters of the heart &ndash; your sense of love, trust, compassion, forgiveness, self-acceptance.&nbsp; Do you feel like your heart center is over or underactive (as described above)?&nbsp; Are there changes that you would like to make in these areas of your life?&nbsp; Where do you feel blocked and where do you feel balanced (in terms of your self-image and/or your power and strength to be a change agent)?<br /></div>]]></content:encoded></item><item><title><![CDATA[30/30 Meditation Program - Day 24]]></title><link><![CDATA[http://www.kathrynbelle.com/3030-mediation-blog/3030-meditation-program-day-24]]></link><comments><![CDATA[http://www.kathrynbelle.com/3030-mediation-blog/3030-meditation-program-day-24#comments]]></comments><pubDate>Sun, 24 Apr 2016 12:10:53 GMT</pubDate><category><![CDATA[Uncategorized]]></category><guid isPermaLink="false">http://www.kathrynbelle.com/3030-mediation-blog/3030-meditation-program-day-24</guid><description><![CDATA[Day 24Welcome to day 24 of the 30/30 Meditation Program!&nbsp;&nbsp;We are in the final week and in these last 7 days of the program I would like to focus on seven central energy centers in our bodies.&nbsp;&nbsp;Today we will focus on the base of the spine.&nbsp;&nbsp;This energy center is associated with our survival, material conditions, and sense of security or protection.&nbsp;&nbsp;&#8203;When we are balanced in this area there is a sense of stability, security, and safety.&nbsp;&nbsp;Ther [...] ]]></description><content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class="paragraph" style="text-align:left;">Day 24<br />Welcome to day 24 of the 30/30 Meditation Program!&nbsp;&nbsp;We are in the final week and in these last 7 days of the program I would like to focus on seven central energy centers in our bodies.&nbsp;&nbsp;Today we will focus on the base of the spine.&nbsp;&nbsp;This energy center is associated with our survival, material conditions, and sense of security or protection.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /><br />&#8203;When we are balanced in this area there is a sense of stability, security, and safety.&nbsp;&nbsp;There is also positive energy, community, and rewarding relationships.&nbsp;&nbsp;When this energy center is blocked we may become overly rigid, very controlling, and resistant to change.&nbsp;&nbsp;Emotionally we may feel disconnected, disoriented, and indecisive.&nbsp;&nbsp;Physically we may feel tired, overweight, having aches, pains, and poor balance.<br /><br />Today I invite you to reflect on how balanced and/or blocked you feel when you reflect on your survival, material conditions, and sense of security or protection in various aspects of your life and relationships.&nbsp;&nbsp;Where do you feel blocked and where do you feel balanced?&nbsp;&nbsp;(For example, you may feel more balanced and secure in your personal life but feel more blocked or disoriented in your professional life, or vice versa.)<br /><br />YOGA &ndash;
