As a professional coach who is also a philosopher (Ph.D., 2003) and registered yoga teacher (RYT 500), I bring both philosophy and yoga to coaching, workshops, and retreats. I am committed to being an active listener, co-inquirer, gentle agitator, and accountability partner in your self-realization and self-actualization journey. I see you as whole, healthy, empowered, and insightful (even when you do not always see these qualities in yourself).

Kathryn, this was an extraordinary experience, and I thank you so much for the opportunity. Thank you for planting the seeds for me to "say no" and to monotask and to act according to my own best interest. Even though I still struggle to do all of these things, I now have the capacity to self-correct when I steer off course.
Thanks for another productive session. I think the best thing I can do in the interest of "productivity" is to keep anxiety at bay by focusing on the small chunks assigned to each day. Checking in with you helps me keep track of all the many chunks and not feel so overwhelmed.
I really appreciate your clarity and ability to analyze the situation and my reactions so thoroughly and that you at the same time put the situation in relation to other comparable situations in institutions and working positions. It helped me see the bigger picture.
The 15- Minute "Insight Sessions"...
Thanks so much for meeting with me today. I’m still a little surprised by the fact that we mapped out—in 15 minutes—a plan for me to complete these pressing, important goals over the summer. Thanks for emphasizing self-care; I have to constantly remind myself that this journey is not worth it if I’m not taking care of myself. I’m now looking forward to my deserved day of rest and pedicure before tackling the “action” items and timeline—which feel very doable now.
