Meditation Programs designed for people who understand the positive benefits of meditation and are seeking support in cultivating a meditation practice.
NOTE: My two Meditation Programs are on "pause" for 2019 (both the 30/30 Meditation Program and the 52 Meditation Program). I am planning to compile and publish the meditations and I am thinking about the best format/platform to distribute them. 30/30 Meditation Program
~COMPLIMENTARY~
- The 30/30 Meditation Program features daily meditation reminders (in April, June, September, and November) and encouraging materials that provide space for tracking progress and personal reflection.
- You can benefit from this program whether you are a meditation novice starting with just 1 minute per day to build up to 30 minutes over 30 days (yes, just 1 minute a day is a great start!), or you are more experienced and want to expand your practice to 30+ minutes of meditation per day for 30 days. The number of minutes is not as important as showing up and committing some time to meditating daily over the 30 day program (and beyond)!
- The 30/30 Meditation Program is offered: April 1-30, June 1-30, September 1-30, and November 1-30.
52 Meditation Program
~COMPLIMENTARY~
- The 52 Meditation Program features weekly emails with meditation and contemplation prompts for reflection throughout each week.
- The 52 Meditation Program emails are sent out on Mondays.
