Welcome to day 20 of the 30/30 Meditation Program. You are officially 2/3 of the way through the program - only 10 days remaining! I hope that at this point you have built some positive momentum in your meditation practice. If not, you still have ten days left to really get going (for real, this time :-). Today I invite you reflect on your intentions in joining the 30/30 Meditation Program. Think about your WHY. Why do you meditate (or want to meditate)? What are your desires for your meditation practice? What benefits have you experienced from meditation in the past? What benefits do you want to experience from meditation now? What does your ideal daily mediation practice entail? Your intention(s) and ideal(s) may be very simple or more complex. No matter what your intentions may be, revisit them and reconnect to them for the final push on the 30/30 Meditation Program.
